Plaintiff Matthew Hale J.D Herby informs the court that he has yet to receive a copy of the Defendant's response to his motion (Doc # 102) his today only learning from a friend of his in the outside world that the Defendants have indeed filed such a response. Hale therefore objects to any consideration of that filling since the defendants failed to provide him with a copy of it. The Defendant's have pulled this sort of stunt before and it truly should not be countenanced by this court.
