Attorney Reverend Matt Hale, America's most well-known political prisoner and former leader of the pro-White and anti-Jewish Church of the Creator, announced today that he has filed a new application for a writ of habeas corpus, as well as a brief in support of that application, in federal court in Denver, Colorado. The case is Matthew Hale v. David Berkebile, Warden,
No. 14cv1233 and Reverend Hale is representing himself. In his 28 page brief, Hale demonstrates conclusively that he is being imprisoned for conduct that is not against the law, that the court has the legal power to release him from prison, and that it should exercise that power in the interests of justice. Hale also exposes the severe misconduct committed by the judges who ruled on his previous bids for freedom as well as provides new evidence of misconduct committed by the foreman of the jury, Mark Hoffman, that no court had seen previously. There is thus good reason to believe that Hale's new case for freedom will prove successful and that he will be able to return to his loved ones, his family and growing mass of supporters, in the near future after more than eleven years of wrongful imprisonment.
From his prison cell in solitary confinement at the "Supermax" prison in Florence, Colorado, Reverend Hale this to say about his new case for freedom:
"I believe that my new case for freedom is quite simply overwhelming and I put all of my skill into it as a lawyer that I could muster. We'll see what happens but in any case, the fight for my rightful freedom will not end until that is accomplished. Whether the road to that freedom is now short or continues to be long, we will travel that road together until the victory is won."
