AMICUS COMMENTARY TO MOTION FOR LEAVE TO (doc 236) RESTRICT
COMES NOW, Larry Edwards a sixty seven (67) year old man and friend of the Plaintiff, Reverend Matthew Hale who has read document 236 supplied to him via email. In my attempts to communicate with Matthew F. Hale in "Supermax" prison, one of my letters never reached him although I had used the correct address, the non-receipt of the letter was verified by Matt. I have copies of all the letters I sent to him and the date they were sent to him. The above mentioned letter simply disappeared. It was never returned to me by the BOP, neither was it indicated that the letter was ever received or, in the alternative, that it was or ever had been in their possession.
As well as this "missing letter" I have three (3) letters that were returned to me with a form stating that they contained " Security group threat related information!" This is a blatant lie, the letters were innocuous, in one I inadvertently addressed Matt as "Reverend". The BOP refuses to permit him from being addressed in that manner, but giving the titles bestowed upon actual criminals these days, that a letter should be rejected for such a minor matter is absurd. Another letter mentioned the title of a book written by Matt whose mention is apparently permitted by the BOP. Why it was returned is anyone's guess. The remaining letter is a mystery, I have no idea why it was returned. In the same vein, my letter to Pardon Attorney, Larry Kupers was returned with the top slit and then left open having been stamped and X-Rayed - very strange indeed.
My relationship with Matthew Hale is based upon my belief that he is one of the few White men in America not afraid to speak up for our race, and in doing so he does not reference Christianity or specious moralism, neither is he daunted by "political correctness" Of course this makes him anathema to the establishment thus the foremost political prisoner in America by any definition of the term. Of course those who speak up for the values and worth of every other group in the country are lauded and applauded while anyone attempting the very same thing on behalf of White Americans find themselves condemned as "domestic terrorists" no matter how benign their viewpoint. Matthew Hale has been true to his beliefs even after fifteen years of unjust incarceration, only heroes are willing to suffer so.
During my course of supporting Matt for the last two years, I have come to know and respect his mother, Evelyn Hutcheson. As would be the case with any good mother, Evelyn wants her son freed, not just because he is her son, but because she knows he is innocent of any wrongdoing. She also knows that Matts religion, Creativity, is a natural extension of the belief in evolution as part of the design of nature In that our culture has embraced everything from Wiccan (Witchcraft) to paganism and even Satanism, surly Matt's personal faith cannot be considered as an excuse from preventing communication with him.
I would hope the court sees fit to overlook the present system of unjust ( and un-American) political correctness that is being used to persecute Matthew Hale and restore his natural rights as an American and a human being.
